Who I am

Physical therapist first, acrobat for longer

Professional headshot

My approach to physical therapy began long before I earned my doctorate. For nearly two decades, I performed and taught acrobatics, giving me a unique appreciation for how the body learns, adapts, and recovers. Today I combine that movement background with evidence-based physical therapy to help people return to the activities that matter most.

In practice, that means I am less interested in whether you can complete a set of exercises on a table and more interested in whether you can do the thing you actually came here for โ€” get back on the apparatus, finish the hike, pick up your kid without bracing for it.

Every visit is with me, start to finish. You are not handed off to an aide, and you are not sharing my attention with two other people on the clock. That is the whole reason I built the practice this way.
